As a Montana native growing up in the small town of Ronan, Charlotte Snyder has always loved and appreciated this majestic state and its delightful people. She has been involved in purchasing and selling properties in Montana since 2004 and has a passion for both commercial and residential properties. Charlotte’s love for Montana, its people, and the lifestyle it provides makes buying and selling real estate an enjoyable experience for all parties.

Joining the Army Reserves at just 17 years of age, Charlotte has first hand experience in military life. After serving as an Active Guard Reservist in Las Vegas, she moved on to a career at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.  She quickly advanced her career there, but after having two children, the mountains of her home were calling to raise them there. So in 2004, Charlotte made the decision to move her family to Montana.

Upon moving home to Montana, Charlotte became a real estate agent. Once again, she quickly advanced her career becoming a real estate broker in just two years. At the end of 2016, Charlotte, along with her partner and well-seasoned real estate agent, Mike Liedle, decided to open their own company and named it Most Wanted Real Estate. Specializing in residential, undeveloped, investment, and commercial properties, she works with buyers and sellers and has been involved in transactions that administer VA, FHA, RD, and commercial loans.

Serving on a number of Helena-area boards and committees, including several for the Helena Association of REALTORS®, Charlotte is passionate about helping people and loves her community, her family and her country. Her customer-focused work ethic ensures that all clients are supported and satisfied with their experience working with Most Wanted Real Estate.
